    Purpose of the Role

    • Keep a consistent brand voice and share a simple monthly performance report

    Lead Generation

    • Maintain an organized lead database and draft outreach
    • Follow up on conversations to arrange meetings

    Communication & Brand Support

    • Draft simple marketing materials such as flyers, one-pagers, and email updates
    • Collect photos, videos, and testimonials from the field
    • Support events and demonstrations
    • Keep learning about cold chain and post-harvest management

    What We Are Looking For

    • Completed high school; training in marketing, communication, journalism, or business is an advantage

    • Skills in graphic design, video editing, and social media analytics are desirable
    • Previous experience managing social media for a business or organization is a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creative, reliable, self-driven, and well organized
